SHDW.gallery presents CULT, the second solo exhibition by Yozo, opening November 11, 2026 at S01 Gallery in Harajuku, Tokyo.

Fourteen months after his sold-out debut What If, Yozo returns with fifteen new paintings and his first sculptural work. Self-taught, with a line so precise it is often mistaken for print, Yozo paints the world of post-Shibuya punk: early 2000s Tokyo street culture fused with punk rebellion, graffiti, gangs, and Y2K futurism. Each painting stands alone, yet together they suggest a single vast universe the artist calls "a melting pot of everything I've ever loved."

For Yozo, cult means pure frenzy before mass consumption: a secret faith bound to a singular aesthetic, claimed now, while the work holds its purity.
